This time I was really amazed with the box, the box itself is very sturdy and good quality with a magnetic closure which can be used further to store your belongings.. Hmm very impressive!!!! I haven’t seen this good quality box in such affordable range. Now let’s just dig into the box.

MÓND’SUB PEELING OFF BLACK MASK

Mond’sub is a great brand which has recently launched in India and they have a huge variety of products; they have recently launched their Charcoal Peel off Mask which is exclusively available in the Glamego Box. This mask is a life savior it just pulls out the gunk which gets stuck in the pores in one go. Now a days Instagram is full of charcoal DIY remedies and all the Beauty Gurus are going GaGa over it no doubt it’s a luxury product. This itself is 2.5 times more of the price of the box, really happy to receive in this month box.

Direction to Use : Apply the Charcoal mask on nose or all over your face and leave it for 20 to 25 minutes and then slowly peel off the mask. After you peel off the mask you can see all the dirt and black heads gets removed from your skin. I liked it a lot and I recommend to use this on nose as we have most of the black and white heads on nose area.

KRONOKARE POLLU-STOP HAIR SPRAY

Kronokare is a well known brand for its parabens and sulphate free products. I really love the concept of leave on spray. We all try to take care of our skin but somewhere we ignore our hair and that is also very important. I loved the fragrance of the spray its very refreshing!

BELLA VOSTÉ BROW LINER

This month glamego is giving a choice for the eye product which includes Mascara, Eyeliner, Kohl and Brow liner, I have tons of eye products so went ahead with brow liner because I don’t own any brow product. I never felt to use any brow product because I feel am blessed with quite dark and thick brows (thanks to my parents.. Genetics..) LOL

the product is of good quality very creamy and blendable it doesn’t give you that stark stroke which looks totally fake!!

BLOSSOM KOCHHAR AROMA MAGIC REVIVING OXY PACK

Blossom Kochhar is well known brand for its aroma therapy which does not need any introduction; basically its a leave on pack which restores oxygen in the skin. I have used this product 2-3 times and must tell you it is very hydrating.

This is another amazing product from this box that comes in a deluxe size.The product comes with hibiscus which is a superfood for hair – I would buy this once my bottle finishes.

*Really cleans the hair and makes it squeaky clean
* Quite moisturizing to the hair as well
*Free from harmful sulphates etc.
*Affordable price

3. The Nature’s Co Vanilla Face Cream –

This is an emollient type face cream from The Nature’s Co which is another high flying brand in India. Organic and made with carefully selected ingredients.

Pros –
* Great vanilla scent
* Free from parabens
*Emollient cream for dry skin
*Contains Vitamin B for skin health

Cons –
*Too expensive for the quality and size
*Not good for combo-oily skin

4. Magnolia BB Cream of Inveda

This could be an amazing tinted moisturizer for lighter skinned people but the lack of colors is disappointing. I got a really light shade but was surprised to see that it had no tint to it whatsoever. With so many amazing BB creams in the market that give light to medium coverage, this one is a fail for me.

*Good moisturizer for non-sensitive skin

*No coverage
*Bad shade range
* Blends to nothing

Instead, the foundation has to be poured out from the bottle straight which I find a bit clumsy and time consuming to be honest. Also, it’s something that definitely leads to a bit of product wastage too.

SHADES: It’s launched in only 5 shades in India but in west it launched in 24 shades which gives a huge variety to choose from,its a bit disappointing! I think its a good foundation, it has limited shade selection but all the 5 shades which are launched in India the skintone has been considered, person of every skin tone can find her shade.It has unique liquid to powder formulation which is great for summers its very light weight dosent feels on skin.Its a must buy from my side! How are you people😊, last few days I was quite busy with all my assignments and stuff thats why I didnt post any blog but now am lil relaxed.I am receiving quite a few requests for some product reviews and articles on skincare régime and related product. I am happy you all are appreciating my work and it’s helping you in some way.

Few days back one of my follower requested to post a blog on teenage acne and to cure them, guys it’s a huge problem and I have struggled it throughout my adolescence, I know how it feels, it affects our self esteem and gives you the sense of inferiority! I am not a dermatologist or a professional but I want to share my experience and few remedies which I have done to lessen the problem.In todays post I will share some tips and a product which helped me alot to cure the acne problems! So without further a due lets get started….

SKINCARE TIPS:

•HYDRATION: Hydrated skin is very essential,consumption of water hepls to remove toxins from our body which is very important to cure acne and its better you replace your cold drinks with coconut water its great to for skin as well as health. Soft drinks like pepsi,cocacola etc have higher sugar content which leads to acne problems.

•EXFOLIATION: Its very important to exfoliate your skin weekly because dust particles used to accumulate on epidermal layer of skin and clog the pores which further stops the oil secretion and causes infection inside the skin which leads to acne and pimples.For homemade exfoliator you can use 1tsp honey add with 1tsp brown suger and squeeze a little lemon juice and rub gently into your skin, lemon also has antibacterial properties which help in stopping further acne problems.

•FACE PACK: If you are exfoliating its very important to use a face pack because the pores are open and it will accumulate dirt which will clog the pores again so its better to use face pack to close the pores before it gets affected by dirt and pollution.

•MAKEUP REMOVAL: Removing makeup before sleep its very important like you need oxygen to survive your skin too needs oxygen to repair. If you have any type of layer then it will acts like a barrier and chemicals in makeup products will penetrate deeply and cause infections.So its important to use a good cleanser to clear all that gunk before you go to sleep.

•KNOW YOUR BODY: Some people dont know that consumption of dairy products also leads to acne because dairy products takes more time to digest and every body has different digestive mechanism some people have slow and some people can digest anything😂.So know your body when you get acne&pimples because its has a direct relation what to consume.

We have heard so many times about CTM Routine. Its a very famous term used in our beauty world which refers CLEANSING•TONING•MOISTURISING routine very important steps for healthy skin.
Now today we will talk about toning why it is needed and considered a important step.
A toner is a lotion or gel applied after a facial cleanser to remove excess dirt, oils, etc and to close the pores. A toning lotion or cream is a mild bleaching cream designed to even out minor skin discoloration like a scar, dark spot, or freckle.

WINTER MAKEUP ESSENTIALS

Hi lovelies!

Hope you all are doing well and sundaying on full swing even I have become a panda in blanket. You know how it is #winters. In my last blog I shared my winters essentials which you people liked, so I am doing a updated version and will tell you my winter makeup essentials. I think winters are the best for makeup and style. Here I will show you my current go to products which I am using .

I’ve moved on from matte skin-matte lips to glowing skin and slightly glossy lips these days. The winter chill doesn’t seem to leave us and so have the winter skin woes,so its better to forget mattes put the dewness game on! For getting that perfect makeup you must have a perfect canvas to work upon.

Winters is all about dewy skin, glossy lips, flushy pinky cheeks,sunkissed bronzed skin….the great thing of winters is that you experiment from nudes to bolds and I will share both. So lets start girls….

MOISTURISER: The very first thing which is needed is a good moisture locking moisturizer to avoid those ugly flacky skin which looks very annoying in the morning for this I will recommend you CETAPHIL MOISTURISING CREAM, it was recommended by my dermatologist when I was having very irritated and flacky skin its good for sensitive skin and trust me it does wonders to my skin HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

CC/BB CREAMS: Its totally upto the person some like light coverage look and some people go over the board and opt for very heavy coverage and use foundation it’s the second tier of makeup well I come in the first tier I prefer BB creams over foundations its works best for me! So I have 3 recommendations for you all first universal favourite of all PONDS BB CREAM I think it’s the most pigmented of all bb creams available in lndian market and best If you want to hide your blemishes.My second favourite is SPAWAKE BB MOISTURE FRESH BB CREAM it gives a dewy finish which I really like perfect for dewy finish and the last is LAKME CC CREAM it is good but its little drying on skin will work best on oily skin.

BLUSH:A cream blush works best in the winters its blendable and does not look chalky and melt into thhe skin and feels like skin. My favourite is none other than MAYBELLINE DREAM TOUCH BLUSH in the shade 05 its very creamy and has a velvety finish best for winters!!!

LIPSTICKS:As you all know I am big holder of lipsticks, even on those days when I am not in mood to use anything I just put lipstick and am good to go! I think a lipstick just adds a little drama to your look and immediately amps up the look and puts everything together!! So here are my recommedations my all time favourate is none other than MISS CLAIRE MATTE LIP CREAMS they are matte in texture and sustains for long hours without any touchup! Second is BELLAPIERRE COSMETICS,UK lipstick in the shade RUBY I think every girl should own a classic red lipstick its never out of trend, in winters its just adds a oomph factor to your look.

MASCARA: If we talk about mascaras I think Maybelline does a great job they have varieties of mascaras too choose from and I love their quirky and vibrant packaging too. My favorite is MAYBELLINE COLOSSAL VOLUME EXPRESS mascara, you will think there is no need of mascara a kajal or liner is enough but trust me it drastically add a difference, in morning we all have swollen puffy eyes it opens up the eyes and gives the illusion of big eyes.

LIP GLOSS: I am not a big fan of lip glosses but just for a change I use sometimes and I think everybody should have a clear lip gloss in her vanity, I have MAKEUP REVOLUTION LONDON lip gloss in the shade HEY GIRL! It has a pale pinkish tint which look great itself or topped up with any lipstick.

LINER: I never stepout without a liner its a basic necessity of mine and am sure for others also.Earlier my all time favourite liner was again Maybelline gel liner but sad part is that in winter’s gel liner dry very quickly and I think its a waste of product and money too ,so I found a economical alternative of that I bought MUSIC FLOWER GEL LINER in 2 shades one in classic black and other in blue varient its consistancy is exactly same as maybelline one and waterproof too I have to use a makeup remover to remove liner its that great quality.

I am back with another post, as you know it’s Jan and winter is on it’s peak in Delhi…out of all seasons; winters is my all time favorite❤ because you can experiment a lot with your styles and makeup looks and who don’t love to be in pyjamas and be a lazy panda in blankets😅

For me Winters are the season of fashion!!

Be it leather jackets to infinity scarfs, furrs to sequins,vivids to pastels & nudes to bolds this season has something really beautiful to feel about!
But it’s no surprise that as the temperature takes a dive during winter, our skin problems soar,so taking care of your skin becomes mandatory! So in this post I will share my winter skincare essentials to achieve that winter glow.

1.NIVEA WHITENING LOTION: People rave about Vaseline soo much and even me too, it’s that product which am hearing since my childhood #feelsvintage😂but just for a change I switched to nivea and it amazed me actually.

2.NIVEA FRUITY SHINE LIP BALM: Its my all time favorite lip balm, I loved it to the bits😊 it’s in pink guava varient. It has fruity fragrance and leaves a pink tint on lips.

3.LOREAL HAIR SERUM: I have very detangled hair and to wash hair every single day in winters is a big task,I am using it for a while and it does a good job and affordable too,I think loreal has good varieties of hair serums which is not heavy on pocket too.

4.BIO-OIL: Bio oil not only offers anti-ageing properties, but also provides nourishment to the skin. These oils add a protective layer to your skin and offer that super glow and helps in curing de-pigmemtation.

5.PATANJALI APRICOT WALNUT SCRUB: I have used gazillion of scrubs.But this one turned out the best for me,the base is really creamy to allow the product to be massaged properly on skin. The scrub beads are derived from Apricot and are neither too gritty nor too mild to use on face.I feel, for sensitive skin, a milder scrub would be better. Although, there are no contraindications mentioned, as such.

6.KHADI NATURALS NEEM FACE PACK: Ever since I began having pimples, I have tried many well known natural remedies to treat them.Khadi is a trusted herbal brand and this brand has got tonnes of herbal face packs. Khadi neem face pack comes in a tin container with the brand name and other details printed all over I like the rusty packaging of it.

7.NEUTROGENA ULTRA SHEER SUNBLOCK:You must be thinking that sunscreen in winters? Today I came up with another review which is MAKEUP REVOLUTION LONDON product. There is something about this brand which attracts me always😘

Makeup revolution’s sister concern I ♡makeup made this cool triple baked highlighter which is a highlighter shaped into a 3D heart. 

PACKAGING:The 3D highlighter comes in a glitzy heart shaped cardboard box. The packaging material seems a bit flimsy and a Too Faced Sweetheart range rip off, design wise. Being light weight, it seems easy to be carried around yet its fragile. Paperboard container might cause travelling nightmares.

PIGMENTATION: This highlighter has a smooth texture and finely milled particles that provide a subtle sheen on the high points of the face. The product is highly pigmented and a single swirl with a brush picks more than you would need. A very light handed application is recommended given to its heavy-duty pigmentation. It does have miniscule shimmer component that looks natural once blended and provides a dewy finish. You may also use your fingers to softly dab and apply it on the face.

SHADE:These three are in champagne, pale pink/lilac and golden yellow undertones, respectively.
